Deposit Payment
Due to high demand and limited availability, booking will only be confirmed if deposit is paid in one of the bank accounts below. Once we have received your deposit, you will receive a booking confirmation. This policy is in place to ensure only guests with genuine interest can visit us. Our Apartments are also available on various online distribution channels and deposit is the only way we can guarantee your booking. Furthermore we do not accept credit cards. Bank transfer and Cash is the only acceptable form of payment. Deposit ensures we are able to charge for a 'No Show' whilst giving you peace of mind that your reserved Apartment will not be booked for another guest.
We understand that occasionally your plans may change. Under these circumstances your deposit is fully refundable if you inform us 48 hours before the date of arrival. For Early Booking Offer (20% discount), the deposit is non refundable.
